Early Access Terms
LookingGlass is offered as an early access paid beta. By signing up or using a workspace, you agree to use the service for legitimate business evaluation and to install the pixel only on websites you control or are authorized to monitor.
Trial And Billing
The free trial starts at signup and ends when 7 calendar days pass or 50 fresh enriched IPs are used, whichever happens first. Cache hits, skipped events, private IPs, static assets, and bot traffic do not consume the 50-IP trial allowance. Upgrades are processed through Stripe.
Beta Expectations
Early access features may change, be incomplete, or require assisted setup. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve workspace data and service continuity, but the beta is provided without production availability commitments.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LookingGlass for unlawful tracking, unauthorized domains, resale without permission, security abuse, or attempts to bypass trial, billing, or enrichment governance. We may suspend workspaces that create operational, legal, or security risk.
Final Terms
These early access terms are intended for the beta phase and may be replaced by reviewed commercial terms before general availability or broader self-service launch.
