Terms Of Service
Last updated July 23, 2026. These terms govern access to LookingGlass, including trials, paid workspaces, website tracking, enrichment, Research Loops, exports, alerts, and customer-requested integrations.
Account And Authorized Use
You may use LookingGlass for legitimate business purposes and may install the pixel only on websites you control or are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for account information, workspace access, website notices, and the actions of people using your workspace.
Trial And Billing
The free trial starts at signup and ends when seven calendar days pass or fifty fresh enrichment attempts are used, whichever happens first. Cache hits, skipped events, private IPs, static assets, and filtered bot traffic do not consume that allowance. Paid subscriptions and billing changes are processed through Stripe.
Plans And Integrations
Plans may differ by identified-company volume, enrichment attempts, Research Loop credits, tracked sites, retention, workflow features, and integration support. CRM and other third-party connections require authorization from the applicable account and remain subject to that provider's terms and availability.
Research Loops
Research Loops may be started manually after workspace review or automatically through an eligible paid-plan Playbook. Automatic research requires explicit activation and a daily credit cap selected by the customer; the customer is responsible for choosing a cap appropriate for its traffic and available credit balance. A Buying Committee Search is limited to the verified matched-company domain and customer-approved role keywords. An Account Intelligence Brief analyzes one identified company using approved Sales Brain context and evidence-linked account information. One Research Loop credit is used only when LookingGlass saves a new usable result; cache hits, no results, and failures do not consume a credit. Research can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and must be reviewed before outreach, CRM use, or another business decision.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LookingGlass for unlawful tracking, unauthorized domains, security abuse, attempts to identify protected personal activity, unlawful discrimination, personal or household profiling, resale of business-contact data without permission, or efforts to bypass plan, billing, access, credit, or enrichment safeguards. We may restrict activity that creates operational, legal, privacy, or security risk.
Service Availability
We work to keep LookingGlass available and workspace data intact, but no online service is uninterrupted. Features and third-party integrations may change as the product improves. When practical, we will communicate material changes that affect active customer workflows.
Account Closure
You may request workspace deactivation or cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. Data export or deletion requests should be made before account closure when possible.
