Your launch path

Turn site-wide activity into a trustworthy pipeline workflow.

LookingGlass observes the full account journey, Signal Rules decide what that journey means, and Playbooks turn the right signals into action. Start with complete visibility, then tune the intelligence behind it.

Launch Checklist

Connect LookingGlass site-wideCopy the workspace snippet into your global site header or an All Pages tag. Keep it on every public page so you never lose the path an account took before or after a high-intent visit.
Verify the connectionChoose Verify LookingGlass Connection after the change is published. Direct installations can usually be detected without generating a test visit. Runtime tag managers may need one normal visit to any public page.
Teach Signal Rules what mattersMap pages as High, Medium, Low, or Observe only. Then define a qualified account using company fit, geography, repeat engagement, and total intent. A novice-friendly default is better than a perfect rule set on day one.
Activate a PlaybookChoose what should happen when a signal qualifies: alert the right owner, prepare a draft, queue research, move the account into Pipeline, export it, or use a tailored CRM handoff.
Choose owners and handoffSet alert recipients and decide where reviewed work should live. LookingGlass Pipeline and CSV exports work immediately; CRM setup can be added when your team is ready.

How The Pieces Work Together

The setup is a single signal-to-pipeline system, not a collection of separate tools.

ObservePixel sees the full site journey.
InterpretSignal Rules score pages and fit.
ActPlaybooks create reviewed next steps.
ProgressPipeline, exports, or CRM carry the work.

CRM Handoff

Connect your CRM when your team is ready for ownership and status mapping. LookingGlass Pipeline and clean CSV exports remain available before a connector is enabled.

Use an approved OAuth connection when available; never share an admin password.

Review status values and ownership before enabling writeback.

Keep CSV exports and the local pipeline available during setup.

Privacy Without The Alarm Bell

Use the same privacy and consent process your organization applies to analytics tools. Installing LookingGlass does not automatically mean a new banner is required.

Confirm your notice covers page activity, device information, and IP-derived location.

Ask your privacy owner whether company-level visitor intelligence needs a brief wording update.

Requirements vary by visitor geography and your organization's existing consent setup.

Platform Installation Paths

Always choose the site-wide or All Pages option. Signal Rules control how pages are indexed, scored, and routed after the pixel observes them.

WixCustom Code -> All pages -> Each page opened -> Head -> Apply
WordPressSite-wide header code -> Save and activate -> Clear caches
ShopifyOnline Store -> Themes -> Edit code -> Global theme layout
WebflowSite settings -> Custom code -> Head code -> Publish
Google Tag ManagerCustom HTML -> All Pages -> Preview -> Publish

Publish to the live domain, then choose Verify LookingGlass Connection.

If a runtime tag manager hides the script from the source check, open any public page once and check again.
