Early Access Privacy Notice
LookingGlass is in paid beta. We collect only the information needed to provide website visitor identification, workspace access, billing, support, and assisted setup during early access.
What We Collect
Signup forms collect contact details, company, role, website domain, CRM preference, setup notes, and campaign parameters. The tracking pixel collects page activity, technical request details, visitor IP address, browser context, and enrichment results used to identify company-level traffic.
How We Use It
We use beta data to operate the workspace, enforce trial and paid-plan limits, enrich public visitor IPs after cache checks, improve signal quality, provide support, send magic links and service emails, and process Stripe billing events.
Sharing And Retention
We may use service providers for hosting, Google Sheets workflow storage, email delivery, enrichment, Stripe billing, and CRM setup. We retain beta data while the workspace is active or as needed for support, security, billing, and legal obligations.
Choices
Workspace owners can ask us to correct, export, disable, or delete beta workspace data by contacting the LookingGlass team. This early access notice may be replaced by a final reviewed policy before general availability.
