Privacy Notice

Last updated July 10, 2026. This notice explains the information LookingGlass processes to provide website signal intelligence, workspace access, billing, support, and customer-requested integrations.

Information We Process

Account and request forms may include contact details, company, role, website domain, CRM preference, setup notes, and campaign parameters. The LookingGlass pixel records page activity, technical request details, visitor IP address, browser context, referral information, and enrichment results used to identify company-level traffic.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate workspaces, identify and score company-level website activity, enforce plan limits, reduce duplicate enrichment through caching, provide alerts and exports, process billing, support integrations, prevent abuse, and improve signal quality.

Service Providers

LookingGlass relies on service providers for hosting, workflow storage, transactional email, company-level enrichment, payment processing, and customer-requested CRM connections. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Retention And Security

Workspace information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, billing, and legal obligations. We use access controls, signed sessions, governed enrichment, and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the current service.

Your Choices

Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, deactivation, or deletion of workspace information. Customers are responsible for installing LookingGlass only on sites they control or are authorized to monitor and for providing any notices required for their website.

Updates

We may update this notice as the service and its integrations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and communicated when appropriate.
